Brian Moller

Non-Executive Chairman

 Brian Brian Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane based law firm Hopgood Ganim. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner since 1983. He practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions.

He holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association.

Mr Moller acts for many public listed resource and industrial companies and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board particularly in the corporate regulatory and governance areas.

Mr Moller is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed DGR Global Ltd, Platina Resources Ltd, Dark Horse Resources Ltd and SolGold plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.


Nicholas Mather

 Nick Nick Mather’s special area of experience and expertise is the generation of and entry into undervalued or unrecognized resource exploration opportunities. He has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for more than 30 years. In that time he has been instrumental in the delivery of major resource projects that have delivered significant gains to shareholders. As an investor, securing projects and financiers, leading exploration campaigns and managing emerging resource companies Mr. Mather brings a wealth of valuable experience.

Mr Mather is currently Executive Director of SolGold plc (LSE & TSX:SOLG); Managing Director and founder of DGR Global Ltd (ASX:DGR); Executive Chairman of Armour Energy Ltd (ASX:AJQ); Non-Executive Director of IronRidge Resources Ltd (AIM:IRR) and Dark Horse Resources Ltd (ASX:DHR).

As an Executive Director (and founder) of Arrow Energy NL until 2004, Mr Mather was responsible for the generation of its Surat Basin Coal Bed Methane project. Arrow Energy now has a market capitalisation of over $3.5 billion.

Previously as CEO of BeMax Resources NL, Mr Mather was instrumental in the discovery of the company’s Pooncarie mineral sands project in 1998. BeMax Resources now has a market capitalisation of over $275 million.

Mr Mather has also been a Non-Executive Director of Ballarat Goldfields, having assisted with the recapitalisation of the company in 2002. Ballarat Goldfields was taken over by Lihir Gold at a value in excess of $300 million.


John Bovard

Non-Executive Director

 John Bovard Mr Bovard is a Civil Engineer with 45 years' experience in mining, major projects and corporate management. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

John's history includes construction work at the Bougainville copper project (1969 - 1970) and as a site engineer on the Ok Tedi project in PNG eventually rising to Project Manager for Kennecott Copper (1970-1977). He was Project Manager for SMEC on an Australian government integrated rural development aid project in southern Thailand (1977-1980), was the registered mine manager and chief engineer for a joint-venture quarry in Sydney, responsible for the feasibility, mining and operations supplying 70 percent of Sydney’s sand and gravel (1980-1985).

John became General Manager (Projects) for Placer Pacific (now Placer Dome) responsible for projects throughout Australasia, included acting as Project Manager for the Porgera project responsible to the Joint-Venture and completion of the Porgera feasibility study (1985-1988). In 1988 he was appointed CEO of Gold Mines of Kalgoorlie and North Kalgurli Mines, initially recruited to implement the "Super Pit" but subsequently became CEO also responsible for exploration, mining operations and finance. He restructured and merged multiple organizations into new company, KCGM.

Mr Bovard is one of the independent Non-Executive Director of Aus Tin and is currently a Non-Executive Director of SolGold plc (LSE & TSX: SOLG).


Richard Willson

Non-Executive Director


 Richard Mr Willson is an accountant with more than 20 years' experience. He has worked in public practice and in various financial management and company secretarial roles within the resources and agricultural sectors for both publicly listed and private companies.

Mr Willson has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, is a fellow member of CPA Australia, and also  a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Richard has worked in senior financial roles within the BHP Billiton group and was the Finance Manager and Company Secretary for the Provimi Australia and Jumbuck Pastoral groups.

In addition to his role as one of the independent Non-Executive Director of Aus Tin, Mr Willson is CFO and Company Secretary of Beston Global Food Company Ltd, Company Secretary of  ASX listed Aurelia Metals Ltd and a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of the not-for-profit Unity Housing Company.



Peter Williams

Chief Executive Officer

B.Eng, Grad Dip Finance and Investment, M.AusIMM 

 PWilliams Peter Williams has over 25 years' experience in the resources sector, both in Australia and off-shore across a range of commodities including base and precious metals, industrial minerals and bulk commodities. Most recently Peter was Managing Director of the Institutional Banking sector at the National Australia Bank.

Mr Williams started his career with Mount Isa Mines followed by operational and management roles at Mt Lyell and Norseman and subsequent to this worked in the finance sector (Bankwest and ANZ) equity markets (Carmichael Capital Markets).


Karl Schlobohm

Karl Karl Schlobohm is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years' experience across a wide range of industries and businesses. He has extensive experience with financial accounting, corporate governance, company secretarial duties and board reporting. Over the past 10 years, Karl has acted as CFO and/or Company Secretary for a number of ASX-listed companies including Linc Energy, Discovery Metals and Meridian Minerals. He is currently the Group Company Secretary for DGR Global (ASX:DGR), SolGold (LSE & TSX:SOLG), Dark Horse Resources (ASX:DHR), IronRidge Resources (LSE/AIM: IRR) and Armour Energy (ASX:AJQ).

Priy Jayasuriya

Chief Financial Officer 


 Priy Priy Jayasuriya is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in public practice and has broad experience over a number of industries. Priy has worked as a chartered accountant in Australia, Singapore and the United States of America and brings a range of expertise in the areas of due diligence, internal control, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Having started his career with Ernst & Young, Priy has gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Priy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.Priy works closely with the CEO, COO and Company Secretary on the day to day financial affairs of the company.
