Brian Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane-based law firm Hopgood Ganim Lawyers. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner at Hopgood Ganim since 1983.

Brian practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. He holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association.

Brian acts for many publicly-listed resource and industrial companies and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Board, particularly in the corporate regulatory and governance areas. He is a NED of ASX listed DGR Global Limited, Dark Horse Resources Limited, Aguia Resources Limited and Platina Resources Limited and Chairman of LSE & TSX listed SolGold plc.

Nicholas Mather

Nicholas Mather graduated in 1979 from the University of Queensland with a B.Sc. (Hons, Geology). He has 32 years’ experience in exploration and resource company management in a variety of countries. Nick’s career has taken him to numerous countries exploring for precious and base metals and fossil fuels.

He has focused his attention on the identification of and investment in large resource exploration projects. Nick was managing director of BeMaX Resources NL (ASX-listed) from 1997 until 2000 and instrumental in the discovery of the world class Ginkgo mineral sand deposit in the Murray Basin in 1998. As an Executive Director of Arrow Energy NL (ASX-listed) until his resignation in 2004, he drove the acquisition and business development of Arrow’s large Surat Basin Coal Bed Methane project in south-east Queensland.

Nick was Managing Director of Auralia Resources NL, a junior gold explorer, before its USD23 million merger with Ross Mining NL in 1995. He was a non-executive director of Ballarat Goldfields NL until 2004, having assisted that company in its recapitalisation and requotation on the ASX in 2003. He was also founder and Chairman of TSX-V listed Waratah Coal Inc until its $130 million takeover by Minerology Pty Ltd in December 2008.

Nick is also founder and Managing Director of DGR Global Limited (ASX listed), CEO of SolGold plc (LSE & TSX listed), Executive Chairman of Armour Energy Limited (ASX listed), NED of IronRidge Resources Limited (LSE [AIM] listed) and Dark Horse Resources Limited (ASX listed) and Executive Director of Lakes Oil NL (ASX listed).


John Bovard

John Bovard is a Civil Engineer with 45 years' experience in mining, major projects and corporate management. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

John's history includes construction work at the Bougainville copper project (1969-1970) and as a site engineer on the Ok Tedi project in PNG eventually rising to Project Manager for Kennecott Copper (1970-1977). He was Project Manager for SMEC on an Australian government integrated rural development aid project in southern Thailand (1977-1980), was the registered mine manager and chief engineer for a joint-venture quarry in Sydney, responsible for the feasibility, mining and operations supplying 70 percent of Sydney’s sand and gravel (1980-1985).

John became General Manager (Projects) for Placer Pacific (now Placer Dome) responsible for projects throughout Australasia, included acting as Project Manager for the Porgera project responsible to the Joint-Venture and completion of the Porgera feasibility study (1985-1988). In 1988 he was appointed CEO of Gold Mines of Kalgoorlie and North Kalgurli Mines, initially recruited to implement the "Super Pit" but subsequently became CEO also responsible for exploration, mining operations and finance. He restructured and merged multiple organizations into new company, KCGM. He is a former director of LSE & TSX listed SolGold plc.

John is one of the independent Non-Executive Director of Aus Tin Mining.


Richard Wilson


Richard Willson is an accountant with more than 20 years' experience. He has worked in public practice and in various financial management and company secretarial roles within the resources and agricultural sectors for both publicly listed and private companies.

Richard has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, is a fellow member of CPA Australia, and also a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has worked in senior financial roles within the BHP Billiton group and was the Finance Manager and Company Secretary for the Provimi Australia and Jumbuck Pastoral groups.

In addition to his role as one of the independent Non-Executive Director of Aus Tin, Mr Willson is CFO and Company Secretary of Beston Global Food Company Limited, Company Secretary of ASX-listed Aurelia Metals Limited and a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of the not-for-profit Unity Housing Company.


Peter Williams

Peter Williams has over 25 years' experience in the resources sector, both in Australia and off-shore across a range of commodities including base and precious metals, industrial minerals and bulk commodities. Most recently, he was Managing Director of the Institutional Banking sector at National Australia Bank.

Peter started his career with Mount Isa Mines followed by operational and management roles at Mt Lyel and Norseman and subsequent to this worked in the finance sector (Bankwest and ANZ) equity markets (Carmichael Capital Markets).

Karl Schlobohm

Karl Schlobohm has over 25 years’ experience in the accounting profession across a wide range of business and industries. He has previously been contracted into CFO roles with ASX-listed resource companies Discovery Metals Limited and Meridian Minerals Limited, and as Company Secretary of ASX-listed Linc Energy Limited, Agenix Limited, Discovery Metals Limited and Global Seafood Australia Limited.

Karl is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and in Economics, and a Master Degree in Taxation. He is also currently contracted to act as the Company Secretary of DGR Global Limited (ASX listed), Dark Horse Resources Limited (ASX listed), Armour Energy Limited (ASX listed), SolGold plc (LSE & TSX listed) and IronRidge Resources Limited (LSE AIM listed).

Priy Jayasuriya

Priy Jayasuriya is an innovative and solutions-focused Chartered Accountant with over 20 years extensive commercial and Big 4 experience. Priy has worked across diverse industries in demanding international environments in Australia, Singapore and the United States of America and brings a range of expertise in the areas of due diligence, internal control, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Priy commenced his career with Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong background in financial management and reporting, as well as working with cross cultural teams.
